Susie is a social infrastructure specialist with 25+ years of experience in playing leading roles in the planning and delivery of numerous programs and projects, including the $1.5 billion Queensland Children’s Hospital program and $730 million Randwick Health Innovation Precinct.
Prior to founding Redleap, Susie was a senior executive of Aurecon in the role of Industry Leader, Education & Research, and before that as global Health Leader.
As an expert at building clients and project teams’ capacity to innovate, Susie is adept at integrating with client teams to help shape portfolios, programs, precincts and projects. Susie is approachable and empathetic, with a genuine interest in building trusted relationships at all levels to ensure clients and projects succeed. Clients benefit from her insights into industry trends and innovations, and her wide networks, both Australia-wide and internationally.

Matthew is a motivated project director who is passionate about contributing to society and making a difference in the social infrastructure sector.
Bringing over 25 years of experience delivering high value / high risk portfolios, programs, and projects throughout Australia, he has strong communication and leadership skills, and extensive experience in all areas of enterprise change, program, project and construction management gained from working for public, private and not-for-profit clients.
He has worked as a senior executive and company owner for over 15 years for Atkinson Project Management, Connell Wagner and Aurecon and is now Managing Director of Skeen Pty Ltd a boutique advisory practice partnering with complementary organisations to provide strategic advice on major programs and projects.

Richard is a major capital P3M specialist bringing over 17 years of end-to-end experience successfully delivering complex infrastructure initiatives across numerous sectors, including social infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, mining and transport. Richard has performed leadership roles in the planning of major projects such as the $720 million Tweed Valley Hospital Project and $730 million Randwick Health Innovation Precinct.
Richard’s breadth of experience – from his foundational engineering consulting background, through to contractor-side project management and client-side project, programme and portfolio leadership roles – enables him to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex problems.

With 25+ years experience working specifically within the strategy consulting industry Anna has had vast exposure to the ‘best of the best’ in design and project delivery. Her experience working at McKinsey & Company, Right Lane Consulting and POSSIBLE Strategy, means she has worked with strategy leaders, management consultants, leadership and executive teams, CEO’s, Boards, academics, and project teams to deliver high quality materials and outcomes that address client’s most pressing needs.
Anna incorporates human-centred design principles when designing and delivering projects, keeping client's needs at the centre of her work and asking the right questions to understand how communications will be used and consumed. Her specialty is in interpreting and presenting communications, information and data to non-specialist audiences in simple, engaging and succinct ways.

Matt is an experienced consultant and project manager who has worked on major hospital expansion and redevelopment programs and projects from the design phase through to post-occupancy. He brings a great understanding of the complexity and risks inherent in health projects and an appreciation of the health context, which helps him provide valuable advice and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Matt has expertise in project controls, risk management, project programming and contract administration. He has developed bespoke dashboard reporting that is of value in communicating succinctly with executives and other key project stakeholders.
With an education in engineering and economics majoring in public policy, Matt brings a strong analytical capability and an appreciation of the important role that social infrastructure plays in our society.
